a satisfactory accommodation
large bedroom friendly staff good food scruffy decor missing side tables thin curtains
the bedroom and bathroom were quite large. the staff members were friendly and served very good food. nothing was too much trouble for them.
the bedroom decor looked very scruffy it really needs redecoration. there were no side tables next to the bed. the room needs proper curtains to block out light and noise.

ample parking warm reception generous facilities
I found ample parking on arrival. The reception was warm. My room included generous tea and coffee facilities. They replenished it for my second day.
The decor showed wear and tear. The shower needed some attention to address mould issues. This detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The inboard restaurant provided good food. Bar staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere at dinner. I also appreciated the selection of beers available at the bar.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast included a full English option. Free parking was available on site (, made arrival and departure simple).
